Buddhist Study Courses held in South Korea and the Philippines

From April 16 to 18, Korea SGI held a Buddhist study course. Members from across the country gathered in Seoul and in Daegu for sessions led by SGI Study Department Leader Seiichiro Harada. They studied material based on President Daisaku Ikeda’s lectures on The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings and Nichiren’s writings.
Members of SGI-Philippines also attended a Buddhist study course at the Cagayan de Oro Culture Center on the island of Mindanao on April 12 and 13. SGI Vice Study Department Leader Nobuo Fukase led the study sessions.
