Buddhist Study Exams Held in Italy

On April 13, Soka Gakkai Italy held introductory and elementary level Buddhist study exams with some 6,200 people taking part at 80 locations across the country. The introductory exam included questions on Nichiren’s writing “On Attaining Buddhahood in This Lifetime,” while the elementary exam focused on Nichiren’s life and philosophy and the teachings of the Lotus Sutra.

On the same day, Buddhist study exams were also conducted in Italian in Albania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania and Switzerland.
